ReplyDeleteChuck Wilder informs that he will have on Friday's show National American Legion representative Mark Seavey. He will discuss the case of the Dad, Arthur Snyder, who had to bury his Marine son, Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, killed in action defending freedom, and who has been ordered to pay the attorney fees of the miscreant fanatic Fred Phelps and followers who harassed the family at their son's funeral.
The order to was issued by the federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, which overturned the $5-million dollar judgment a jury rendered against Fred Phelps for outrageous harassment of L/Cpl. Snyder's funeral. We have to help the Snyder family raise funds, and appeal this outrageous decision, and attorney fee order, to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Who were the attorneys for Phelps the Fanatic: Phelps' Margie Phelps, assisted by the ACLU, which filed amicus briefs supporting the Phelps against the Snyder family.
The ACLU, which has aided and abetted Fred Phelps and followers in their harassment of military funerals because of their opposition to homosexuals in the military, should stop using the ACLU's millions defending the Phelps' and use some of its millions to pay the attorney fees of the Snyder Family which Phelps demanded and the court has ordered, or ACLU should convince their clients, the Phelps Fanatics, to waive attorney fees.
Thank God for the Patriot Riders who have protected funerals by circling Phelps' demonstrators with their bikes but without being provoked into violence, no matter how much Phelps, et al, deserve it; and the veterans on the Memorial Honor Details who also have carried out military services with the dignity that the deceased veterans deserve and also not been baited into physically attacking Phelps, his attorney daughter, and followers despite provocations; and for The American Legion which is helping the Snyder Family take this outrageous decision to the U.S. Supreme Court, and helping the Snyder Family to fund raise to pay this unconscionable order to pay attorney fees to those who disrupted the funeral of their Marine son, who gave his life defending our freedom.
Outrage is an understatement. Enough is enough.
