Rees Lloyd Longtime civil rights attorney and veterans activist whose work has been honored by, among others, the California Senate and Assembly, and numerous civil rights, workers’ rights, and veterans’ rights organizations. He has testified as a constitutional expert at hearings before the U.S. House and Senate representing The American Legion. Rees also writes for News With Views and World Net Daily.  ( (
Also: Charles C. “Chuck” McDougald graduated from the University of Georgia in 1963, . A veteran of the Vietnam War, Chuck spent five and a half years in the Army, from 1964 to 1969, serving in Special Forces during the last four years of his career. He had two combat tours. The first, in Vietnam, from 1966 to 1967; the second, along the Thai-Laotian border from1968 to 1969. He achieved the rank of Captain.He headed the Veterans Coalition, first for California, then for the Western Region. He was a delegate to the Republican National Convention twice, in 2008 and 2016.Currently he serves as chair of the CA GOP Veterans Association and is CA Chair of Veterans4Trump.
