George R. Nethercutt, Jr. Former Congressman who is the founder and chairman of the Nethercutt Foundation, He served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 2005. Mr. Nethercutt's historic 1994 victory unseated then-Speaker of the House Tom Foley, the first defeat of a sitting Speaker since 1860. Mr. Nethercutt served for ten years on the prestigious House Committee on Appropriations. He also served as a member of the House Science Committee and the Energy and Space & Aeronautics subcommittees. Kerry C. Kachejian served as an Army Engineer officer for 28 years. He has a BS from the U.S. Military Academy, MS in Systems Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and another MS in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He has received numerous military awards, including the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, the Combat Action Badge and is both Airborne and Ranger qualified.
