Frances Presley Rice is a lawyer and a 20-year Army veteran who retired as a lieutenant colonel in 1984 after twenty years of active duty service. She is a screenwriter and producer of documentaries with Block Starz Music Television LLC, a company she co-founded. Two of the documentaries are available on Amazon. One is “In the Hour of Chaos” and the other is “Oscar Micheaux: The Czar of Black Hollywood.” She is also the co-founder of the Yocum African-American History Association (YAAHA) that will have an ebook published this year which will contain well-research black history from 1619 to 2019 and made available on Amazon. Currently, she is chairman of the National Black Republican Association (NBRA) that has the mission of recapturing the rich civil rights legacy of the Republican Party and returning black Americans to their Republican Party roots. James Fenelon served in the military for over a decade and is a graduate of the US Army’s Airborne, Jumpmaster and Pathfinder schools. He is a regular contributor to World War II magazine and has been previously published in FlyPast, Britain’s largest selling aviation magazine. His knowledge of military history also makes him a sought after technical advisor for video games, screenplays, and documentary creation. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he and his wife live in Texas. He is the author of: Four Hours of Fury The untold story of World War II’s Largest Airborne Invasion, and the Final Push into Nazi Germany.
