Al Garza is a national expert on the issues surrounding immigration law, border security and the illegal immigration crisis. Garza retired in 2003 after a 32 -year career as a private investigator in Southern California. He currently resides in Arizona with his wife Lucy. Garza honorably served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict and is a combat veteran. He is founder of the Minuteman Division of OCS.OCS is a new Christian-based grass roots organization in Cochise County Az. OCS will engage in multiple avenues of political and social activism to bring about positive change in our American culture and also have an elite committee responsible for monitoring border activities.   (

Dr. Ronald D. Utt is a writer and was formerly the Herbert and Joyce Morgan Senior Research Fellow of the Thomas A. Rowe Institute for Economic Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C. Dr. Utt also served in the Reagan Administration. His latest book is Ships of Oak and Guns of Iron: The War of 1812 and the Birth of the American Navy, Dr. Utt not only sheds new light on the naval battles of the War of 1812 and how they gave birth to our nation’s great navy, but tells the story of the War of 1812 through the portraits of famous American war heroes.
