Michael Coulter is an Outreach Health Insurance Specialist for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in the Dallas Regional office.   Prior to joining CMS, Michael served as the Associate Regional Administrator for Clinical Services at the US Department of Veterans Affairs.  Michael is a U.S. Air Force Veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm in the Chaplain Service. He is also a Licensed Master Level Social Worker with Independent Practice Recognition.  Michael has experience in community mental health, and Substance Use Disorder through his service as the Director of Community Support Services for Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority (MHMR) in North Texas and the On-Site Veteran’s Representative for the State of Texas’ Veterans Land Board.  Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, the University of Texas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Earl Trout (Uncle Earl) has been working in mass media ever since he became a rock ‘n’ roll radio disk-jockey on his little home-town radio station at age 15 , he quickly became a successful major-market radio personality, followed by managing five major-market radio stations. About three dozen of his television scripts have been produced, he's written on assignment for major magazines, and his novel, Wild Blue, is based on a screenplay he wrote. . Prior to retirement, Earl was Executive Director of the Kansas City Automotive Museum.
