ReplyDeleteDid you know that Winston Church, an MP, a former Cabinet Minister, was barred from speaking on the government-controlled BBC from 1933 (when Hitler was elected Chancellor of Germany) until Sept. 1, 1939 (when Hitler invaded Poland, starting WWII)?
Churchill was banned from BBC because his views were considered too "controversial," in that he was warning of the danger to British freedom posed by Hitler, as as you....
